Q. What should I do when I have finished accessing confidential data?

A. When you have finished using a secure area of the Web site, make sure you always click on the "Log Out" button. When you click on it, your secure session will end. No further secure transactions can be conducted without re-entering your username and password.

Q. Why can I still see some of my account information even after I have pressed the "Log Out" button?

A. Browser software often "caches" pages as you look at them, meaning that some pages are saved in your computer's temporary memory. Therefore, you may find that clicking on your back button shows you a saved version of a previously viewed page. Return Policy

Items returned must be in new condition, original box, or package, and must be accompanied by purchase invoice. There will be no returns on the following:

Returns are subject to a restocking fee. We may choose to waive this fee or accept returns on some parts that fall into these categories. Best Deal Spring is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against the carrier for any loss of merchandise or for damage upon receipt of the merchandise. Best Deal Spring will make reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an adjustment for any loss or damage, provided you have filed with the carrier. Purchaser is responsible for shipping or carrier fees and return shipping fees unless Best Deal Spring, or shipping company, choose to cover these fees.

Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT. SELLER HEREBY AUTHORIZES CUSTOMER TO ENFORCE AGAINST A MANUFACTURING THIRD PARTY OF THE MERCHANDISE ANY CLAIMS WHICH SELLER, AS PURCHASER OF THE MERCHANDISE, MAY HAVE IN RESPECT TO THE MERCHANDISE OR SUCH CLAIM. SELLER HEREBY ASSIGNS TO THE CUSTOMER ALL RIGHTS WHICH SELLER, AS PURCHASER, HAS AGAINST SUCH SUPPLIERS FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHER REPRESENTATION RESPECTING THE MERCHANDISE. SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-DELIVERY OR DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO DELAYS, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM STRIKES, RIOTS, FIRES, FLOODS, INABILITY TO SECURE MATERIALS OR OTHER ACCIDENTS OR OCCURRENCES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL.

Terms


C.O.D.

Customers without established credit or net payment terms will be required to pay for products or services upon receipt or delivery. Payment on web sales are due upon placing the order.

Net 30-Days Terms

Unless otherwise approved, all accounts established with net payment terms will be net 30-days. Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Credit Limits

Accounts exceeding their credit limit may be placed on credit hold, during which purchases can only be made by providing payment at the time of sale. However, we reserve the right to refuse sale to accounts that have outstanding unpaid balances. Credit limits can be reduced or increased based on credit history and other factors. Contact our accounting department for details.

Past Due Accounts

Outstanding balances on invoices greater than 30 days will have a 3% compounding monthly finance charge applied to the invoice total. This finance charge will be added to the invoice total every month the balance goes unpaid. Accounts with unpaid balances older than 90 days will have their terms adjusted to "due upon receipt". In order to restore credit with Best Deal Spring, full outstanding balances–including finance charges–must be paid in full. After 6 months of being placed on "due upon receipt" terms, you may apply for credit again. However, Best Deal Spring cannot guarantee credit approval or prior credit limits. Past due accounts may be placed on credit hold or C.O.D. without notification.

Cores

Some of the products we sell have cores (remanufacturable components) and core allowances associated with them. A core is the old part that you replace with a new part. These old parts are often referred to as "dirty" (used) cores and they may have value. If certain criteria are met, these dirty cores can be returned to Best Deal Spring, who sends them back to the manufacturer to be remanufactured and resold. Not only is this an efficient recycling process, but it generally costs less to purchase a remanufactured product when compared to a new (not remanufactured) product.

When these products are purchased by you, the customer, Best Deal Spring can collect the dirty core. If the dirty core is unavailable when purchasing the product, you will be billed a core charge. This is not a charge on top of the cost of the part, but rather an implied allowance that can be issued to you in the form of a credit provided you sell us your dirty core. When the dirty core is returned to Best Deal Spring, and meets certain requirements, you will either receive monetary credit, or the core will be banked. If the requirements are not met, the core may be rejected.

Dirty cores must be in remanufacturable condition and must be returned to Best Deal Spring in a timely manner to meet our vendors' "right to return" requirements. The used cores we collect must be identical to the unit purchased, undamaged, and in remanufacturable condition for Best Deal Spring to accept them. They may also be required to be assembled and/or drained of all fluids. In some cases, damaged cores may still be returnable, but may be credited at a reduced amount. This is based on the vendor's condition requirements to process a return.

Best Deal Spring is not liable for cores damaged in transit by third party vendors to return location. Final core condition and acceptance will be determined by Best Deal Spring. Customer is responsible for costs and shipping involved in supplying dirty core to Best Deal Spring to receive core allowance credit.

Only cores from items purchased at Best Deal Spring are eligible for monetary credit. Dirty cores can be exchanged, and will be credited to you, at the time of invoice. If the used core is not available at the time of invoice, the core charge will be billed to your account. All dirty cores must be supplied to Best Deal Spring within 90 days from order placement in order to receive credit. If dirty cores are not returned within 90 days, the full amount of those core charges must be paid.

Dirty cores returned after the 90-day return period, or cores not originally purchased from Best Deal Spring, can be added to your account's "core bank" (a record of cores returned to Best Deal Spring not eligible for monetary compensation due to vendor restrictions). Cores in your core bank will be redeemable with eligible products for 180 days after exchange. Cores stored in your core bank expire after 180 days and become the property of Best Deal Spring.

Your core bank has no independent value other than as a potential credit against a future product purchase from Best Deal Spring. At no time, and under no circumstances, shall Best Deal Spring be required to issue any cash payment to you with respect to a core bank. This includes circumstances such as the termination of your account, or termination of your business relationship with Best Deal Spring, regardless of core bank balance. A core bank is not a security deposit, nor other type of customer asset. Best Deal Spring reserves the right to offset your core bank value against any accounts receivable for your business.

There are many costs involved in handling cores. Products with core allowances or charges may include core handling fees to offset these costs.

Sales Tax Exemption

All merchandise sold by Best Deal Spring will be charged sales tax according to state laws based on your location. If you are a tax-exempt customer, please contact us and provide us with your tax exemption certificate.

Pricing

Pricing information and data provided to you via our Web site while logged in is considered confidential and should not be disclosed to other parties not associated with your account. Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be billed at current pricing as of the date of the order.

However, the product image displayed does not always reflect the actual part in relation to its part number. Many product images on the site will display parts exactly as they are, but some fall into general, updated, or change-of-manufacturer image categories.
